Borders between Australia and other countries have been completely restored for international tourism. International tourists and returning natives are subject to different norms and regulations.

Tourists from other countries who have been double-vaccinated do not need to go through quarantine, but domestic visitors must be triple-vaccinated in order to be granted access into the country.

Passengers will still be required to fill out a G2G border entry card and provide evidence of vaccination by scanning a QR code at the airport, but the process will be streamlined. Quarantine at a hotel is mandatory for those who have not been vaccinated or do not have a valid medical exemption.
