This Winter KLM Provide Service To 163 Different Locations

KLM’s network will cover a total of 163 destinations when the winter schedule begins (October 28th, 2022 and continues through March 25th, 2023). Of these, 92 will be located in Europe, while the other 71 will be located on other continents. The city of Nantes in France, the city of Rovaniemi in Finland, the city of Aarhus in Denmark, and the city of Katowice in Poland are the new destinations that have been added to the network.

Additionally, KLM will go on with its already established flight service to Austin (Texas), which began during the summer of last year. KLM will now be providing a greater number of seat options on flights to destinations in North America in compared to 2019.

Europe

KLM has expanded its network to include destinations in Nantes, Aarhus, and Katowice. Beginning on the 29th of October, 2022, Nantes will get daily service, while Aarhus and Katowice will each receive daily service. KLM will fly there once a week between the 3rd of December and the 25th of March 2023. Rovaniemi, which is located in Finland, is the newest addition to the European network.

In addition, KLM is going to increase the amount of flights that it runs to Teeside, Humberside, Cardiff, Southampton (UK), and Graz (Austria). At long last, Naples in Italy and Split in Croatia will both be offered on a daily basis. Although they began during the winter season, these flights are part of the same schedule that was in effect throughout the summer.

America Continental

KLM will increase the number of North American destinations it serves by 11% this winter, flying to 19 cities throughout Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

This winter, for instance, KLM will be flying to Los Angeles 10 times per week, which is an increase of three flights per week in comparison to what they offered during the same time period last year. The summer saw the beginning of service to Austin, and it won’t end any time soon. Cancun was added as a winter destination for KLM passengers in 2021, and the airline plans to maintain service to the city.

This coming winter, travelers will be able to book flights on KLM’s brand-new Premium Comfort Class to a number of cities in the United States and Canada. Customers will be able to experience KLM’s new service concept in a different section of the cabin that is separate from Economy Class and World Business Class and will provide comfortable seats and lots of legroom. This class incorporates characteristics of both Economy Class and World Business Class.

The Caribbean region in addition to Suriname

When compared to winter 2019, the number of available tickets to destinations in the Caribbean, and notably the Netherlands Antilles, has grown by more than 20% this winter. For instance, KLM will provide service to the island of Curacao at least ten times each week, with two flights per day during the holiday season. The daily route to Aruba and Bonaire will be operated by KLM’s Boeing 777-300ER, which is the airline’s longest and most spacious aircraft. It has space for 408 people.

KLM will continue to operate flights to Bridgetown (Barbados) and Port of Spain (Trinidad & Tobago) throughout this season as well, just as they did during the winter of 2021.

South American nations

When compared to the winter of 2021, the number of available seats on flights to South America will grow by 6% this coming winter. KLM will provide a daily service to the following destinations: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. The cuisine of Costa Rica will be offered every other day.

Additionally using Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, KLM will conduct five weekly flights to the city of Paramaribo. Buenos Aires, in Argentina, and Santiago de Chile, in Chile, will once again be connected by KLM as a combined destination.

Africa

The Dutch airline KLM will increase the number of weekly flights to Cape Town, South Africa, by three. Customers will now have the option to choose “night flights” three times a week, in addition to the daily “day flight.” Customers will also be able to book flights to Zanzibar in conjunction with Dar es Salaam beginning this next winter (both in Tanzania).

Bookings in KLM’s brand-new Premium Comfort Class will become more available on the airline’s flights to Nairobi and Dar es Salaam in the near future. Beginning with its Boeing 787 Dreamliners, KLM will gradually upgrade more of its long-haul aircraft so that it may provide service in this new class over the following several years.

Asia

At least fifty percent more tickets to destinations in Asia would be available this year compared to the previous year. This is due to the fact that several locations in Southeast Asia have opening their doors to tourists from outside the region.

This coming winter, non-stop service will be resumed on flights traveling to and from Tokyo Narita. Despite this, KLM’s aircraft are still being rerouted since the airspace above Russia is now restricted.

This next winter, services to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, that continue on to Jakarta, Indonesia, will no longer transit via Singapore but will instead be conducted directly.

KLM began operating flights to Bangalore (India) again during the summer of 2017. These flights are scheduled to continue throughout the winter.

For the time being, there will be a restricted number of flights to China. During the winter, KLM will operate flights with a layover in Seoul Incheon en route to Shanghai/Hangzhou on a three-times-weekly basis.
