Oman Air, the national airline of the Sultanate of Oman, has increased the weekly number of flights from its Muscat hub in response to rising demand during the summer holiday season. The airline now provides 10 flights to Bangkok, 7 flights to Kuala Lumpur, 5 flights to Manila, and 4 flights to Jakarta, giving passengers more options to explore a variety of cities and experiences across Southeast Asia.
Oman Air passengers have access to more than 40 extra fascinating locations in Southeast Asia and Australia thanks to the increased convenience and connection afforded by the additional flights thanks to which the airline has increased its flight schedule.
Oman Air is increasing its level of collaboration with its alliance partners in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its network, which will allow it to connect passengers to a greater number of destinations. This will lead to an increase in the number of travel connections as well as an expansion of the destination network.
Oman Air has four partner airlines in Southeast Asia at the moment, which enables passengers to travel to a total of 44 locations in Southeast Asia and Australia from Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Jakarta. The total number of strategic codeshare agreements that Oman Air has signed is 18. This brings the overall number of partner airlines to 18. Oman Air is now able, as a result of these agreements, to advertise a total of 229 distinct sectors; when added to the 45 sectors that it runs directly, this puts the total number of sectors that the airline services up to 274.
