A new vacation house brand from Mandarin Oriental

In a bold move into the vacation rental market, Mandarin Oriental has launched an exclusive collection of high-end residences under its own brand name.

This summer, the Mandarin Oriental Exclusive Homes collection, which is offered in cooperation with luxury vacation rental site StayOne, will be available for reservations for the first time.

Among the eight private residences in the brand’s debut collection are locations around Europe such as the South of France, Ibiza, Mallorca, and the Cotswolds.

Every house in the portfolio has been thoroughly reviewed by StayOne and Mandarin Oriental to ensure that it meets the highest safety and quality requirements. The properties are only accessible via the Mandarin Oriental Exclusive Homes platform, according to Mandarin Oriental officials.

The residences also feature a 24-hour concierge service, daily cleaning, and access to private chefs who work in the residence.

According to James Riley, global chief executive of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, “These chosen exquisite villas are a natural complement for our collection of properties.” “Through their locations, our guests may combine a hotel visit with a villa stay and discover more of the region in a variety of ways — all with the certainty of the Mandarin Oriental reputation,” says the Mandarin Oriental.

Recently, Mandarin Oriental entered the vacation rental market by collaborating with StayOne on an Alpine Escape Experience in Switzerland, in which guests could combine a one-night stay at the Mandarin Oriental Geneva with a week in a StayOne chalet in Verbier. The Alpine Escape Experience was a successful venture for both parties.
