90% of Americans Will Travel Within 6 Months

Ninety percent of Americans want to travel over the next six months, with 39 percent planning to travel within the next 60 days. According to the most current data conducted by Longwoods International, nine out of ten Americans want to travel within the next six months.

The fact that 39% of Americans have a vacation planned in the next 60 days bodes well for the upcoming spring break travel season. A second finding of the poll was that 70% of travelers are comfortable visiting outside of their home areas, and that the majority of travelers want to support small, local businesses while on their trips.
